Since I started this journey back in January I was feeling at my lowest, health wise. Eating once a day was a norm for me with very little water intake. I felt very tired throughout the day with no energy to do what I love to do. My New Years resolution was to put myself first. I decided to join the New Years challenge at Fit Body. This by far was the best decision I've made for myself in years. I feel in love with FBBC. The trainers and the members all were so very motivating and welcoming. Made it easy for me to get myself out of bed and start my day out on the right foot. By following the meal plans throughout three challenges and now a member, I have lost a total of 30 lbs and 25 inches. I've created a healthy lifestyle and life time friends at FBBC. But most importantly I've fell in love with myself all over again and I hope to help motivate others in years to come!
