It’s made such a huge difference!

I have to say it: I'm pretty dang proud of my own accomplishment! I started boot camp a few months ago without much confidence... I never thought I would actually have the willpower to stick with it. But I have! I am already much stronger and my stamina and endurance have greatly increased. So far, I've lost almost 14 pounds and just over 15 inches! What a difference!

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
 
 

+ What are the fees for the program?

It depends on how early you are to the party! The first wave of signees are awarded with the Early Bird special, valued at $20/week plus $20 registration fee. The next wave receives the First Jump special which is $22/week plus $22 registration fee, and the final registrants pay the full price of $24/week plus $24 registration fee. Register as soon as you can to take advantage of the specials!

In addition, we will waive the registration fees if you pay in full at checkout.

+ When does the program start?

The transformation begins Monday, January 14th and finishes Saturday, March 9th. Orientation is mandatory and can be attended from 7:00 - 7:50 PM Thursday, January 10th, or from 9:30 - 10:15 AM Saturday, January 12th.

+ What are the training hours?

Monday - Thursday:

AM Sessions:

5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:00am, 8:45am, 9:30am

PM Sessions:

4:00pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm


Friday:

AM Sessions:

5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:00am, 8:45am, 9:30am

PM Sessions:

4:00pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm


Saturday:

AM Sessions:

7:15am, 8:00am, 8:45am

+ What will be required of me?

Orientation is mandatory, but you most certainly want to attend!! Receive all the information and tips you need to succeed during our New Year New You Challenge. Get your before measurements taken as well as your before photos. Your before assessments are key to tracking your progress and crushing the goals you have set out to achieve in the new year. Be sure to be there at either 7:00 - 7:50 PM Thursday, January 10th, or from 9:30 - 10:15 AM Saturday, January 12th to participate! You'll only need to attend one of these two dates.

+ Who is the program for?

Everyone! Men and women from any fitness level are more than welcome to participate in this challenge! Haven’t worked out in ages? No problem. Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your personal needs. Looking to take your fitness to the next level in 2019? Boomers is also the place for you. Our coaches will push you outside of your comfort zone to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

+ Where is Boomers Bootcamp?

The program will be held in our locations in Fenton.

+ I haven't exercised in a long time. Can I still participate?

Yes, you certainly can. As a matter of fact... YOU REALLY SHOULD!
